Hi! We are Danna and Melanie, a mother daughter team that loves our community, loves our families, our staff and our customers. Mom (aka Danna) has had The Gift Loft for 43 years this year! We have been working together for a long time now and thrive on customer service, we are always changing and updating the store. We love home decor, finding you that perfect gift for your someone and finding clothing and accessories that suit every body and make you feel Be{YOU}tiful! Online Returns Policy
While we hope you will love your purchases we understand that sometimes they aren't quite right for you. Any unwashed, unworn items with tags still on will be accepted for return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping cost will be at the returners expense. Please notify us at thegiftloft@msn.com for any return questions as well as to initiate the return process.
All Sale items are final sale.
Defective Items
Hopefully your items always arrive in perfect condition but in the odd case that they don't, please contact thegiftloft@msn.com with DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE in your subject heading within 7 days of receiving your order and we gladly exchange your item if we have it in stock or give you a full refund if it is not available.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. We strive to be speedy and all orders will be shipped out within 3-5 days of order placement. Orders will be shipped out with tracking information via Canada Post.
We also offer free at the curb pick up and delivery within the town of Innisfail.
